Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Program Duration and Refund Eligibility

Our programs are structured as short-duration intensive courses:

• 2-Day Programs:
  • 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before program start
  • 50% refund if cancelled 24 hours before program start
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before program start or after program begins
• 5-Day Programs:
  • 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours before program start
  • 50% refund if cancelled 48 hours before program start
  • 25% refund if cancelled 24 hours before program start
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before program start or after program begins

2. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under these special circumstances:

• Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
• Technical issues from our end preventing course access
• Program cancellation by XLearn Academy

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email us at contact@xlearnacademy.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Program Name]"
2. Include your enrollment details and reason for refund
3. Attach any relevant documentation (if applicable)
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Program Rescheduling

As an alternative to cancellation, we offer one-time rescheduling options:

• 2-Day Programs: Can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before start
• 5-Day Programs: Can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before start
• Rescheduling is subject to program availability
• A rescheduling fee may apply

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Program materials already provided
• Programs already in progress or completed
• Special promotional offers marked as non-refundable
